Borneo: The Remaining Days...

After back from the tiring expedition, we've remaining basically 1 more day to enjoy. Therefore without wasting our time while in KK, we planned either to the island or water rafting. Everyone agreed the go for the water rafting. The nearest place is the Kiulu rafting although it's only Grade I-II...

The Kiulu rafting is located nearby Kevin's aunty house where we stayed... Excursion covers up to 15km, making it the longest white water rafting trip in Borneo.

We spotted a group of HK chikas... Seriously they're pretty w/o the helmets on... Their boat was our main target during the paddle war... xD

The raft was about 2 hours to reach to the Kiulu town at the bottom... Rafting photos by Riverbug company... Love those pics...!



The rapid wasn't that aggresive... But we double the fun by overturned the boat.. Damn kan jiong..! xD

Then we had lunch at Tuaran... This is Wa-ta-mian... Taste really delicious... Not a food blogger so not sure how to snap food... look not that tempting hor... xD



Later at night, we decided to treat Kevin, his cousin; Az and aunty Jamiah at a seafood restaurant... At the entrance, there're extremely huge sea shells..!!!



I really had more than enough of the prawns that night...

Same-shirt-gang... We afraid that people don't know that we'd just came down from the mt. Kinabalu... Baba was missing... He was KO, resting at home due to overheat... xD



On 30th, which was our flight day back to Peninsula... Had a group photo with aunty Jamiah's lovely house and the rented Avanza....

Buffet Time...

On 26th June, Mechatronic 2 organised a gathering at Hartz Chicken Buffet along with the trainers... perhaps this was the last gathering as we're going to split and move on to our respective sponsers. At the begining, few places were suggested... but due to there're some heavy-weight eaters, we afraid it'll be insufficient food supply. Therefore, we have it at the Hartz Chicken Buffet in Sunway Pyramid.



Measure your height, not your belly before you get in... Lucky Chucky is only 5ft... I guess he don't even have an IC... Free entrance for Chucky..?

Our champion, Mr.Collin... nobody break his record; 9 pieces of chickens at a time... Size doesn't matter, but we believe that he has a blackhole in his stomach.




While waiting food to digest in order to proceed another round food hunting, Banana took some spy shots at 1 of the girl in a group... results are horrible with 300mm telephoto shots without IS. Looks like my hand was shivering... What worse was being noticed by the lenglui... OOPPPPSSSS.... I DID IT AGAIN...! xD

Shabu Shabu...

16th June, we celebrated enigmaZ's belated birthday at Mizi Shabu Shabu, Puchong. Ooo.. now banana knows what is shabu shabu... similiar to steambout but individual cooker la... So no ppl kacau your share... Kaka... Looks delicious when the food was served... but in the end, banana found out that most of'em were vege...

Banana Plays Masak-masak

"Halo puan-puan..." Wakaka...! Is it correct that way...? LOL...
Okok.. Banana would like to try it for once... Yeah, making a pizza. Everytime eat pizza but dunno how pizza works. Chinese usually says "eat rice but don't know the price of the rice." Anyway, it is not a tough task to make a pizza. Even banana also can do it. Thank you mom who taught me. Muah..! Below are the steps... You know ABC? As simple as that la...
Ok ok, lets start...


Here are the ingredients (for two 9" x 5" tray):
Dough:
1. flour - 250 gm
2. warm water - 140ml
3. instant yeast - 1 tea spoon
4. salt - 1/2 tea spoon
5. sugar - 5 gm
6. cooking oil - 2 spoons

Sauce (depends what u like... but here're the ingredients that i used):
1. shredded cheese
2. chicken
3. bell pepper
4. pineapple
5. tomato
6. tomato paste
7. parsley flakes
8. onion
9. garlic
10. mushroom
11. crab stick

Firstly, make the dough of your pizza... add flour + salt + sugar + instant yeast and mix them like ur playing play-doh... Kaka... When its fully mixed, add the cooking oil & mix again. Split the mixture to half (in the pic, i'm doing for 3 trays... therefore, i splited it to 3 bijik). Next, leave it for 30 min for the yeast to be activated.


While waiting, you can prepare your sauce... Here're the recipes i've used... I cooked the chicken with the tomato paste and garlic. Add what you want & what you like... as long don't lausai...


Got suffering moment also lar...


After 30 min, you can see the mixture become extra 1/2 its size... Apply some oil to the tray surface. Stretch and flatten the dough on the oiled tray. Leave it for 20-25 min again... Sigh, damn mafan... After that you can put the dough into your microwave. Set approx. 220°c for 5 min.


A piece of advise la...


After the dough is heated up, here's the best part... your can throw whatever you wanna throw... pour the sauce onto the dough and decorate it. I used onion, bell pepper, crab stick, shredded cheese, tomato, mushroom & pineapple as the add-ons... After the decoration, put the pizza back to the microwave again and heat it at 220°c for 10-20 min (depends on your microwave, mine sot sot wan) Observe your pizza incase chau tah.... Finally, you can put your pizza into your stomach. Kakaka...
