MIFC 2008: Team Spain

Finally the team Spain was the last team which I could attend as I won't be going for the final. Since it was the last team, I've made an early move... 6:30pm waiting at the PICC hoping that I could get the most center view...unfortunately, there're some already camped there much earlier than me..! -_-"

Luckily, I got a ticket "Dine with a view" from MY fm... Thank God lady luck was on my side...

I moved a level higher and my view almost in the middle, yay...! However, it was a shooting session under the rain... swt...
Here're some pics...

MIFC 2008: Team Canada

After the team China has performed, next was the team Canada which scheduled on the 20th of August. I decided to shoot from the face-to-face angle so there will be no overlapping among the fireworks like what I've made at the previous team, China. Therefore, my spot this time was from the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC.) Being late that night, the center view which parallel with the bridge where the fireworks being launched was fully occupied..! Unfortunately, my angle was slightly to the left. What a bad day, wind wasn't around at that time to blow away the accumulated smoke especially when multishots were made, most of my shots were smokey and unuseable. Sigh... Here're some shots which are still survived...

MIFC 2008: Team China

Finally here comes the Malaysia International Fireworks Competition (MIFC) again... I'm sure everyone loves fireworks, so do I... Damn..! I've missed the Team Malaysia... Seems like not bad from the local. Last weekend, 16th August, I've visited the Team China, which I really put alot of hope to see great fireworks coz obviously majority the fireworks I played during my childhood were all made in China... LOL... Anyhow, the performance from China wasn't that good as I've expected. Moreover, my viewing angle was terrible... inline with the fireworks and the fireworks were overlapping each other... Sigh... Here're some shots from Cyberjaya across the lake to the PICC bridge.
