TEST DRIVE: SLK 55 AMG

Yay... Tested the SLK 55 AMG this week... It's the 2nd generation of the SLK family, codename R171. It has curb weight of 3397 lbs by with monsterous 5439cc NA engine. The V8 powerplant pumps in 360 bhp @ 5750 rpm and 376 lb-ft @ 4000 rpm. The transmission is a 7-speed auto provides a top speed of 160mph(electronically limited) and 0-60mph in 4.3sec. Kinda crampy but perfect in handling wise.

WHOAHHH DAMNN!! Dude!!! Did you lay any rubber on the tarmac and experience some rude "G"??? Shitttt man that's one helluva ride! I've sat in one before in Naza but never test-driven it. It was indeed very, very tight inside.

I test-drove the Subaru Impreza WRX a couple of years back - it was a thriller!! 0-100kmph in less than 6 seconds, 4-wheel drive, 5-speed manual... That was really the best car I have ever driven in my life. The SLK55 is awesome man...
